Acceptance of terms

By using Basement ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Community Guidelines and Content Policy

You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

Zero Tolerance Policy

Basement maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• Reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law

Reporting and Moderation

Users can report objectionable content using the in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken within 24 hours.

User Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post and your interactions with other users. You agree to treat other users with respect and courtesy.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE APP.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
